Our Team
Behind every diagnosis is a team that has lived the symptoms, led through change, and studied the science of motivation and human behavior.
Our Story
The Antidotes began in a statistics class at Harvard Extension School, where Danielle Kaufman and Julie Legrand realized almost immediately that they were meant to build something together.
Between them, they had spent decades leading teams through reorgs, rollouts, and redundancies, watching strong strategies stall because the people carrying them out had quietly checked out. Their graduate studies in industrial-organizational psychology revealed decades of evidence on what actually drives motivation and commitment at work, yet almost none of it was reaching the leaders who needed it most.
So they built the remedy. The Antidotes translates that science into practical diagnostics and treatments, backed by a team of experienced business leaders and I/O science practitioners who share one conviction: the future of work can be both tech-forward and deeply human.
The Antidotes is incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs

Co-FounderJulie Legrand, MBA
Julie Legrand has spent 25+ years in tech as a management consultant, CMO, and product manager. A three-time founder, she has led teams on five continents through more reorgs, rollouts, and redundancies than she can count. Looking for a better answer than HR could give her on how to structure and inspire her teams, she pursued a master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard. She now translates the science of motivation, creativity, and organizational behavior into practical tools that go beyond diagnosis, shaping the organizational strategies and execution that carry people through the hard middle of change and beyond.
